Gina Marie, PCC, is a coach, speaker, and founder of the Beautifully Integrated Life Model. She helps Christian women entrepreneurs reclaim authority over their time, energy, and well-being through biblically-based coaching and tools like the Restful Rhythms Wheel. Creator of the Women Rise Up Retreats and Aligned Action Club, Gina empowers women to align their identity, design, and impact with Christ, achieving sustainable success through sacred rhythms of rest and Holy Spirit-drenched living.

Refund Policy and Travel Information
Refund Policy:
Due to the intimate and highly personalized nature of the Women Rise Up Retreat in Hurricane, Utah, all deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable. However, if you provide notice via email at least 12 weeks prior to the retreat, your deposit and payments may be applied toward a future Women Rise Up experience or offering, valid through December 31, 2025.
Travel Information:
Travel expenses are not included. Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements to and from the retreat. Detailed travel recommendations, including nearby airports and transportation options, will be provided to ensure a seamless journey.

WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?
If you're an ambitious Christian woman entrepreneur, coach, creative, or nonprofit/ministry founder—whether you’re just starting out or already established—this retreat is for you! You’ve likely invested in yourself before, whether through coaching, courses, conferences, or other personal and professional development. You know that growth requires intentionality and that when you invest in yourself, your business, ministry, and the people you serve reap the benefits.
We’ve welcomed women from all types of businesses and ministries, including coaches, consultants, creatives, speakers, authors, service providers, nonprofit and ministry leaders, and product-based business owners. If you’re craving rest, clarity, and a Spirit-led approach to your work and life, you’ll feel right at home.
HOW BIG IS THE GROUP?
We keep it intimate and intentional—less than two dozen women—so you can experience deep connections, personal attention, and a truly transformational retreat.

Absolutely! While many attendees are business owners or ministry leaders, this retreat is ultimately about alignment with God, clarity in calling, and stepping fully into your next season—whether in business, ministry, or personal growth.

You’ll get out of this retreat what you put into it. Yes, there will be plenty of space to rest, reflect, and have fun with the Lord—but this is not just a retreat for relaxation. This is a space where God moves, reveals, and transforms.
The women who come fully present, engage in every session, and allow themselves to be stretched walk away with breakthroughs that shift their life, faith, and business in ways they never expected. If you’re ready to press in, let go of distractions, and embrace what God has for you, this retreat will be life-changing. 💛🔥
WHO WILL I ROOM WITH?
Bringing a friend or two? Great! List each other’s names on your registration, and we’ll be sure you’re together.
Coming solo? Most attendees do! We’ll thoughtfully match you with a roommate(s) and send details a few weeks before the retreat. Many of our women have formed lifelong friendships from their shared rooms! There are limited single rooms available. At this site, we have 2 bunk style rooms that sleep 6.
DO I HAVE TO STAY ON THE PROPERTY?
We highly recommend staying on-site. This retreat is designed to be a fully immersive experience where rest, renewal, and connection happen organically—in late-night chats, early morning coffee, and the shared experience of simply being together—not just during sessions.
However, we understand that some may need or prefer a private room rather than sharing a bunk space with other women. If that’s you, we have a very limited number of registration spots available for offsite attendees. This option allows you to find your own accommodations and commute to the retreat house each day. IS THE PROPERTY ACCESSIBLE?
Our retreat location is designed for comfort and accessibility, but it does include some outdoor and movement-based activities.
The first floor spans 2,500 square feet with no steps to enter.
Bathrooms are standard residential
style.
Limited single rooms are available, but accommodations may require flexibility.
Each attendee is responsible for their own mobility, comfort, and safety. If you have concerns, please reach out so we can discuss your needs!
HOW DO I GET THERE?
You’ll fly into Las Vegas (LAS) or St. George Regional Airport (SGU). From there, it’s a beautiful drive to the retreat location:
From St. George Regional Airport (SGU): About 30–40 minutes
From Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS): About 2 hours
We encourage carpooling with fellow attendees, and our private retreat group is a great place to coordinate rides. Many women have formed deep bonds and lasting friendships with their carpooling sisters—because when you start the journey together, the connections begin before you even arrive!
WHAT IF I HAVE A DIETARY NEED?
No problem! My host chefs are experienced in accommodating most food allergies and dietary preferences, including gluten-free and dairy-free options. Just let us know when you register so we can plan accordingly.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION?
Everything except your travel! That means:

✅ All meals and beverages (yes, including a few adult ones if you like!)
✅ Coaching, workshops, and materials
✅ Experiences designed to refresh your spirit
The only things not included are your flight and transportation to the venue.

Please note that in July, Hurricane, Utah is hot and sunny, with average high temperatures around 99°F and lows between 68°F and 71°F. But don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Our retreat location has its own pool (and hot tub), so you’ll have the perfect place to cool off, relax, and soak in the refreshment—literally! Be sure to bring a swimsuit so you can take full advantage of it.
WHAT SHOULD I PACK?

IS THERE WIFI AND CELL SERVICE?
Yes, but we encourage you to unplug as much as possible so you can be fully present in the experience. Some ladies due to their schedules have done some work during the retreats on their breaks if absolutely necessary. You can use your free time however you’d like.
CAN I USE THIS RETREAT AS A BUSINESS EXPENSE?
Most attendees can write off the retreat as a professional development or business education expense. However, we always recommend checking with your accountant to make sure it aligns with your specific business tax guidelines.
DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes! A non-refundable $500 deposit secures your spot, and the remaining balance is automatically deducted in set installments or save some money and pay your remaining balance in full. If a payment is more than 7 days past due, your registration will be forfeited, and your seat will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Due to the highly personalized nature of this retreat, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. However:
If you notify us at least 12 weeks prior, you may apply your payment toward a future Women Rise Up Program or Event (valid through December 31, 2025).
You may also transfer your spot to another attendee if you’re unable to attend.
WHAT IF I GET SICK OR HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND CAN’T ATTEND?
Life happens! If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant or apply your payments toward a future retreat by providing a written notice (funds must be used prior to December 31, 2025).
